To reduce the environmental impact of our plastic products, our company has invested heavily in OXO-Biodegradable Plastics that contain special organic salt additives that react with oxygen to break down the long polymer chains to allow biodegradation by bacteria and other microorganisms.
 

OXO-Biodegradable Plastics
Just like regular plastics, OXO-Biodegradables function to store and carry items with the same flexibility and durability. However, when discarded into landfills and exposed to air, UV, heat, and UV light activate the organic salt pro-degradant catalyst to start the degradation process. Within months, bacteria and other microorganisms completely metabolise the OXO-biodegradables - thereby leaving harmless impact on the environment.
